Our Refund and Cancellations Policy
The Books purchased online from this website by the User (s) are returnable if initiated to return within 7 days of receipt of the consignment by the User (s), subject to fulfillment of the below parameters:
- the product was not damaged while in User (s) possession,
- the product is not different from what was shipped to the User (s),
- the product is returned in original condition.
For the products that are returned by the User (s), the refund is issued by the original payment method.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch, during transit we can not cancel your order. On receiving a cancellation request, the admin will allow it and process your refund within 1 hour.
