Do I have to register at bpiindia.com to shop?

Yes, you need to register at bpiindia.com to shop. It will help us enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. 

 

How do I register myself on the website?

You can register yourself in three easy steps.

1.  Click on the ‘Login in’ button at the top of the page.

2.  Then click ‘Registration’ on the next page.

3.  Enter the details as requested to register and create an account.

 

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is very simple. Select an item you want to buy, click ‘Add to Cart’ and continue shopping. Tap on the cart icon on the top and proceed to ‘Checkout’. If it is your first order, register to create an account or login to continue. Provide requested information and click ‘Continue’ to make payment and complete your order. 

 

What are the payment methods?

You can shop with any debit or credit card (VISA/Mastercard).

 

What should I do if a transaction fails?

You can write to us at sales@bpiindia.com and we will get back to you immediately.

Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (cash/card)?

No, at this point in time, we do not offer cash on delivery/card on delivery as payment options.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

At this point in time, we do not have any option to cancel or change an order that has already been placed.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email containing dispatch details on your registered email address. You can track your order from there.

What is the estimated delivery time?

You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only in case of receipt of damaged book(s). You can write to us at sales@bpiindia.com about the book(s) being returned and send the book(s) back to our address mentioned in the invoice copy.

When will I get my refunds back?

After the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful, we will initiate the refund immediately back into your account.

Where does BPI India ship? Is shipping free?

We ship to all over India from our warehouse in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad.

Shipping is not free. There are postal charges attached to every order you place.


What is the minimum order value required to place an order?

There is no minimum order value set for placing an order. You can order a single book with MRP as low as Rs. 40.00.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to place an order for it.
